Treasurer’s Report
The IGS Treasurer must present the Society’s annual accounts at the Annual General Meeting every year.
If the Treasurer is unable to attend this report may be presented by the Secretary General.
A Statement of Accounts shall be available in the Secretary General’s office for inspection by
any Member during the two weeks preceding the Annual General Meeting, and a copy shall
be sent to any Member on request.
A vote is taken on acceptance of the Treasurer’s report. The names of the proposer and seconder must be recorded for the Minutes. Voting is usually by a show of hands
