On these pages we try to include as many glaciological training and summer schools as possible with as much information we can reasonably accommodate.
As is enshrined the Society’s Constitution our goal is to stimulate interest in and encourage research into the scientific and technical problems of snow and ice in all countries. Also, to facilitate and increase the flow of glaciological ideas and information.
We feel that supporting and encouraging glaciological training and ‘summer‘ schools our goals are very well served.
